Goal: Snowball early game, and look to end as quick as you can.
Aggressive ganks, jg invades, KS-ing, objectives, doing as much as you can to end the game before the enemy team can get items.
Look to get your 3 autos off for free, the highest burst damage, kraken guinsoo's and into double strike passive making the enemy team /all "no-skill q champ" and ff.

If you do manage to get full build, your basically a glass cannon, but if you do manage to play smart enough with your team, to get off all of your damage, you'll hopefully win.

Runes:
You could probably replace Eyeball with Poro, to help laners against roams, rotates, and ganks, but since you'll probably sell trinket for sweeper, possibly Zombie?

You could grab inspiration secondary, to pick up Future's Market, but you'll miss out on the crucial attack speed, after HOB runs out. In exchange, you'll get items even earlier. Realistically, unless you know you can perform 100% for every game, and have a strong mental every single game, stick with triumph alacrity, since you're risking the core stats of A.S and health restore if you go for inspiration secondary. But, maybe your mega brain, and a multi-chally god on the rift, go right ahead, grab that future's market and end the game pre 15.

Spells:
I accidentally put ignite, but hey smite ignite thats some new tech if you want to test that out. You could rune smite ghost, or even smite tp to gank/clean-up.

Things to remember:

Play with your team. If its a teamfight and you go in, all by yourself, you'll most likely give up your bounty, and lose all the snowballing potential you had. All of your efforts, down the drain. -lp
You'll lose games, its bound to happen. Whether the enemy jg is simply built different, and you can't seem to do anything, or your lanes are straight up throwing and inting, it's a rip. But see the game through, and don't give up.
If you do lose, just step away and de-tilt. Losing games where it seems like you have no control over, sucks. It demoralizes your mental, and makes you hella tilted. Just step away and do something else, even just stop playing ranked for that day. Don't keep playing till you win. You'll be tilted the entire time, and de-rank all the way to iron.
